Lorne uses innovative fitness and nutrition techniques to get his clients the fastest results and the greatest enjoyment from their workout experience. Lorne has a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education, is a Certified Personal Trainer, and is a Certified Fitness Consultant as well as a Certified Golf Biomechanic.

To be fit is to achieve potential. To be what you were born to be, healthy, pain free and full of vitality. A body that looks good and works well requires planning, maintenance and care. It is within the grasp of everyone.
The methods I employ introduces a range of exercises unique to your fitness level, medical history and fitness goals. Together we map out a program that fits your lifestyle, is safe, fun and gets results.
