    After a career as a profession athlete, Lorne established his reputation as a top trainer at one of Toronto’s most exclusive heath clubs. His clients range from athletes, TV personalities and fashion models to business people, students and sedentary people looking for a lifestyle change.

    Lorne uses innovative fitness and nutrition techniques to get his clients the fastest results and the greatest enjoyment from their workout experience. Lorne has a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education, is a Certified Personal Trainer, and is a Certified Fitness Consultant as well as a Certified Golf Biomechanic.
